We'd love to help you reflect on your current situation. It's the first step towards change. This will help you to think about what is important in your life. It will help us to determine whether we can help you, and, if so, what the best starting point would be. Don't be shy about admitting your concerns, many of us share these feelings. Your responses are shared only with your coach. We'll send some ideas that might help you after you submit your response, with the opportunity to meet a coach if you are interested.
